Beatles Pt 2

BSB (BS boys) can't play an instrument for their life!

All they do is sing! ANYWAY, why compare a band that doesn't suck to the Beatles? To make it suck?

Okay, for jane's sake (crazy), I'll compare *shock* Green Day */shock* to The Beatles

Songwriting:
Beatles win here, cept they don't really have a plot line in any of their records (American Idiot).

Instrumentation:
Kinda hard to compare, because GD (Green Day) has 1 less person that TB (The Beatles). Billy Joe plays Guitar (and is he good!), Tre Cool plays drums excesively well, but is slightly worse than Ringo. It's kinda hard to beat the best. Mike Dirnt plays Bass. About Mike and Billy Joe. They compare to Lennon, Harisson, and McCartney. Paul occasionally played things other than bass. Lennon then would play bass. Paul actually played drums once... Beatles probably win here, except it is really close. I think Harrison is slightly better than Billy Joe @ guitar, but see the comment on Ringo vs. Tre

Singing:
TB Wins, no screaming ever. [edit] Actually they (lennon) scream(s) once , in the single versin of Revolution (not #9).[/edit] GD does a little more harmony, because they weren't (aren't) being torn apart by each other after their second record. Green Day occasionally screams. Occasional. You wanna see screams, System of a Down is your band. Billy Joe and Tre Cool do sing better than Ringo or Harrison... But With a Little Help From My Friends is a sweet song. Is it just me, or are drummers always the worst singers in a band? Also, Tre (which means Very in French), has a cooler additude than Ringo. YOu should watch the Boulevard of Broken Dreams video (on iTunes) to see what I mean. Jumping Drummer.

Records:
No one can beat TB (not MJ, not Vanilla Crap). 5 songs in the top 5 on Billboard AT ONCE? never been done except by them. Also, 13 records in 7 years is incredible. That's because of the stop of tours.

So TB Win. So what? That's expected of a band that has the LARGEST AFFECT ON ROCK EVER. AND all types of Pop (BSB), Rap, Punk, EVERYTHING AFTER THEM.

They did start from Elvis, but that's because of his popularity. After "With the Beatles", as they started to tear apart the band, they were on their own.

Without TB, BSB wouldn't be recognizable. Neither would be:

• Queen
• B-52s
• Green Day
• Vanilla Ice
• Eminem
• N'Sync
• Britney Spears

Notice. When you completely change the Rock-time continuum*, you become important. And famous. And you have to be good to change it.
